  • Cash withdrawal considerations

    1. When the client applies for a withdrawal, the account should ensure that there is sufficient funds to withdraw the funds;

    2. When submitting the [confirmation application], the customer shall ensure that the information and materials filled in are correct and correct, and any additional costs incurred due to the customer's personal reasons for filling out the mistakes or the resulting additional costs will be borne by the customer;

    3. GeminiCap will charge a $10 fee (starting at 2017.8.7) when the withdrawal amount is $200 or less. When the withdrawal amount is greater than 200 USD, the handling fee is zero;

    4. GeminiCap platform, the withdrawal of funds is generally 1-3 business days after the background deduction;
